Globalite
Swiss financial infrastructure for Bitcoin-collateralised credit. We operate the backbone that allows fintechs, banks and exchanges to offer FIAT loans against Bitcoin collateral. Distributed as Satoshi Partners.
Mission
We are building the institutional-grade network for Bitcoin-collateralised credit. The same architecture that made decentralised credit efficient — a modular network of borrowers, liquidity providers and backstop liquidators — redesigned for the regulated world. Vetted counterparties, segregated custody, binding contracts, Swiss oversight. An infrastructure that banks, fintechs and exchanges can plug into without leaving the perimeter of regulated finance.
Products
A suite of four institutional products built on a single coordination layer. Each one addresses a distinct role in the network — borrowing, providing liquidity, acquiring Bitcoin, operating as backstop — under the same custody, risk and compliance framework.
Loans
A single FIAT loan collateralised by Bitcoin. The Borrower posts Bitcoin in segregated custody, receives CHF or EUR, and retains full economic exposure to the collateral. Capital is sourced from a Liquidity Provider matched at origination; a pre-agreed Backstop Liquidator covers the loan in case of breach.

Credit Lines
A revolving credit facility collateralised by Bitcoin. Funds can be drawn, repaid and redrawn within a committed limit over the facility term. Pricing applies only to the utilised portion, with an undrawn commitment fee on the available capacity. Designed for treasury operations, working capital and Bitcoin-backed spending programmes.

Yield Vault
Deal-specific FIAT deployment earning a fixed institutional yield. Capital is pre-allocated to a named loan, not pooled blindly. The Liquidity Provider is made whole by the Backstop Liquidator in case of liquidation, retaining no direct exposure to Bitcoin price movements.
