By executing this acknowledgment, the undersigned investor ("Investor") hereby confirms and represents to Globalite SA ("Company") that:

1. Investor-Initiated Contact

The Investor independently initiated and requested to engage in discussions with the Company regarding the possibility of obtaining credit financing or credit lines. The Investor was not solicited by the Company, nor by any of its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, or representatives.

2. No Public Offering or Solicitation

No public offering, marketing communication, advertisement, or general solicitation by the Company prompted the Investor's interest. The Company has not offered, marketed, or advertised credit financing to the Investor in any jurisdiction.

3. Investor-Driven Interest & Due Diligence

The Investor approached the Company based on their own initiative, investment objectives, and due diligence. Any information provided by the Company has been in direct response to the Investor's specific request.

4. Jurisdictional and Regulatory Compliance

The Investor acknowledges that the Company's participation in any financing transaction is contingent upon compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as the Company offering or soliciting credit in any jurisdiction where such conduct is prohibited or restricted.

5. No Reliance on Unauthorized Statements

The Investor confirms that they have not relied on any unauthorized statements, promotional materials, or guarantees outside of what has been formally provided by the Company in response to the Investor's request.
