About the Team
Our Applied team builds the products and tools that bring Globalite’s Bitcoin-collateralized infrastructure to life. We work across engineering, design, research, and business functions to transform our AI-agent framework into real-world applications. From credit and insurance to healthcare, housing, and mobility, we are creating services that allow users and institutions to unlock the value of Bitcoin as active collateral.
As adoption grows globally, our focus is on ensuring these products are reliable, transparent, and accessible to the emerging Bitcoin-Collateralized Class.
About the Role
As a Data Scientist on the Applied Product team, you will establish a data-driven culture for product development at Globalite. This is critical as our platform expands into new regions and service categories. Your role will be to align product decisions with measurable outcomes, enabling both individuals and organizations to fully leverage Bitcoin collateral in their daily lives.
You will define the metrics that matter, design experiments to validate product assumptions, and build dashboards that serve as the single source of truth for the company. Most importantly, you will be embedded within the product team as a trusted partner in shaping how AI agents connect collateral to real-world services.
This role is based in Milan or Lugano. We use a hybrid work model and offer relocation assistance to new employees.
In this role, you will:
Work closely with product and engineering to identify opportunities that improve user access to collateral-backed services.
Design and interpret experiments to measure the impact of new features, pricing models, and agent behaviors.
Define and operationalize company-level and service-level metrics that guide strategy and execution.
Develop dashboards and reporting tools to enable teams to answer their own data questions with confidence.
You might thrive in this role if you have:
5+ years of experience in a quantitative role within fast-growing product environments.
Proven ability to design and run experiments, with insights translated into product recommendations.
Experience defining and operationalizing new product metrics from the ground up.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align product managers, engineers, and leadership around data-driven insights.
Strategic thinking that goes beyond statistical testing to shape long-term product direction.
You could be an especially great fit if you have:
A strong programming background (SQL, Python) with ability to run simulations and prototype scenarios.
Experience combining quantitative and qualitative methods (e.g., surveys, user research).
Prior work with financial systems, blockchain data, or applied AI.
