About the Role
As a Software Engineer at Globalite, you will help design and build the infrastructure that powers the Bitcoin-collateralized economy. Our systems enable AI-driven agents to manage collateral, liquidity, and services in real time, creating the backbone for a new class of financial and service access models. You’ll architect core components, collaborate across teams, and ensure that our platform is robust, secure, and scalable on a global level.
We’re looking for engineers who are pragmatic, collaborative, and motivated by the challenge of building foundational systems that redefine how capital is mobilized.
This role is based in Milan or Lugano. We operate in a hybrid model and support relocation assistance.
In this role, you will:
Architect, implement, and scale core collateralization and payments infrastructure.
Build robust primitives for credit, insurance, mobility, healthcare, and housing services, all collateral-backed.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to translate requirements into scalable technical systems.
Ship reliable features in a domain that demands high precision, auditability, and compliance.
Ensure that Bitcoin collateral can be used seamlessly across different service categories.
Improve reliability, observability, and automation of collateral management and service execution.
You might thrive in this role if you:
Have 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, ideally with exposure to fintech, payments, or distributed systems.
Are familiar with payment processors (e.g., Stripe, Adyen) and/or have built systems for credit, collateral, or digital asset management.
Have a strong product mindset and want to design primitives that scale across multiple service verticals.
Enjoy building in high-growth, ambiguous environments where fast iteration and technical rigor must coexist.
Communicate clearly and can align diverse stakeholders around complex technical and product goals.
